Cynthia Chen, 19 ans, a récemment remporté la médaille de bronze (Compétition par équipe Mixte) lors des Jeux du Canada 2015 tenus le 13 février – 1er mars à Prince George, en Colombie-Britannique. Nous sommes très heureux que Cynthia ait visité les juniors élites de notre club ce lundi 16 mars. Cynthia est la fille d’un de nos membres adultes, Qingqing Wang . Félicitations Cynthia!!!
Cynthia Chen, age 19, recently won bronze (Badminton Team Competition Mixed) at the 2015 Canada Winter Games held February 13 – March 1st, at Prince George, British Columbia. We were very happy to have Cynthia visit our elite juniors at our club on Monday, March 16. Cynthia is the daughter of one of our adult members, Qingqing Wang . Congratulations Cynthia!!!

Congratulations to our elite players who participated in the provincial championship held at Valleyfield 14-15 February.
Eliana-Ruobing Zhang – Athlète du mois de janvier 2015. Grand Prix Black Knight / Intersport / Ashaway. Sur le circuit Grand Prix Black Knight / Intersport / Ashaway, une seule compétition avait lieu en janvier et il s’agissait de l’Invitation des Aces de Montréal, 5e étape junior. Eliana-Ruobing Zhang y a d’ailleurs décroché la triple couronne. Elle a remporté les épreuves de simple féminin, de double féminin avec sa partenaire Charlie Nguyen ainsi que de double mixte avec Alex Bianchini. Félicitations Eliana!
Eliana-Ruobing Zhang – Athlete of the month for January 2015 for the Grand Prix Black Knight / Intersport / Ashaway provincial juniors competitions. A single competition took place in January on the Grand Prix Black Knight / Intersport / Ashaway juniors circuit, the 5th in the series, the Montreal Aces Invitational. Eliana-Ruobing Zhang won a triple crown at this event by winning the women’s singles, the women’s doubles with her partner Charlie Nguyen as well as the mixed doubles with Alex Bianchini. Congratulations Eliana.
Andrew Choi était choisi Black Knight/Intersport/Ashaway athlète du mois pour decembre 2014. Il est arrivé à quelques points d’une triple couronne dans la catégorie cadet, a la compétition junior, niveau provincial, tenue à Sherbrook le 12 au 14 décembre 2014. Andrew a remporté le simple et le double masculin avec son partenaire Alexis Nadeau et a atteint la finale du double mixte avec Ziyi Xu. Félicitations Andrew!
Andrew Choi was chosen Black Knight/Intersport/Ashaway athlete of the month for December 2014. He came within a few points of a triple crown in the cadet category at the provincial level junior badminton competition held at Sherbrook the 12 – 14 of December, 2014. Andrew won singles and won doubles with his partner Alexis Nadeau. He made it to the final round in mixed doubles with Ziyi Zu. Congratulations Andrew!
